An Introduction to Help Me Jimmy!®

Help Me Jimmy!® is a Web portal designed specifically for students. Our goal is to provide a safe, easy to use site that kids of all ages can use to find useful information on the Web. We want parents to be assured that when their kids are using Help Me Jimmy! there will be no exposure to adult material.

Help Me Jimmy! has two primary functions:

• A search function, which gives kids the ability to locate sites by entering keywords. For example: "earthquake information"
• A browse function, which gives kids the ability to locate sites by clicking on category and subcategory names, and "drilling down" until they find what they are looking for. For example: Science - Astronomy
